How we're keeping our team safe:

The Social Life is committed to keeping its team safe. The majority of our team is working from home and only essential Production Personnel are reporting to the office. We have taken measures based on CDC guidelines to ensure that our facilities are thoroughly cleaned and that anyone in the building is able to maintain a safe social distance.

How this could affect your Custom Order:

At this time, our custom order turnaround has not been affected by COVID-19. Most orders will arrive to you within 2 weeks of payment. Your Apparel Specialist will update you if new COVID-19 restrictions are added and your turnaround time changes. We are offering 50% off individual shipping during this time so that you are able to get your orders directly to your members at their homes.

How this could affect your Retail Order:

At this time, fulfillment of select items has been suspended due to the state-wide "Healthy at Home" order. These items have a note reflected in red text on the product page. If no disclaimer is noted on the product page, your order will ship in the normal advertised shipping window. For updates on existing orders, please send us an email with your order number and we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs (Monday - Friday) or visit our support site for additional concerns.
